Refund policy
At RTRN, every item is made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Once verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing Issues
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review the sizing information on each product page before placing your order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
